Labour Committee Agreements
All applications must conform to JLC and Registered Employment Agreement (REA) rates of pay. First Applications received which do not adhere to the Labour Court guidelines will be refused. Renewal Applications which cannot demonstrate payment of appropriate wages for the term of the first work permit will be refused. -

Rights Publications
Non-EEA nationals working in Ireland on Work Permits are entitled to the same Employment Rights as EU nationals. Employees wishing to review their statutory entitlements and Employers wishing to familiarise themselves with their statutory obligations should review the literature on employment rights. Any queries you may have about your working conditions and rights should be directed to the National Employment Rights Authority.
