Current Processing Dates: Applications are processed strictly in date of receipt order. Today we are processing applications received on the following dates for the specific types of permits.

• Green Cards 25^th Feb 2010
• Work Permits 29^th Jan 2010
• Medical Professionals 24^th Feb 2010
• Spousal/Dependant 17^th Nov 2009
• Intra-company Transfer 25^th Feb 2010
• Appeals from week commencing 9^th Nov 2009

Important Notice regarding Spousal/Dependant Applications where the primary worker is the holder of a Stamp 4

Where the primary worker has updated their Stamp 4 since the Spousal/Dependant application was lodged, they should forward their updated Stamp 4 details and bio-data page of their passport to the Employment Permits Section by post or by fax to (01) 631 3268 for association with the application.
