Specific Queries
Please note applications are processed strictly in date of receipt order.
Currently we are processing applications received as follows:
• On-line Rebates : August 2009
• Manual Rebates : June 2009
• Lumpsum Claims: July 2009
Lump Sum claims are given priority over rebate claims, we aim to process them within 8 to 10 weeks of receipt of all required financial data from employers/liquidators etc. See guidelines and procedures for details of what is required. If we do not receive this information we will not be able to process your claim, any incomplete claims received will be returned and the employee will have to take a case to the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Any claims which involve a break in service require the submission of the relevant dates on the Breaks in Service form attached to the RP50.
*Note that the rates charged for the use of 1890 (LoCall) numbers may vary among different service providers.
