Mr. Billy Kelleher was appointed Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment on the 20^th June, 2007. He was first elected to the Dáil in 1997. He was Government Whip on the Committee on the Environment and Local Government and a member of the Committees on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and on Tourism and Sport. He was a Senator, Taoiseach’s nominee, 1992-97.
