Legislation
The administration of Company Law Legislation is undertaken in conjunction with various statutory offices, particularly, the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE), the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and the Irish Auditing and Accounting Supervisory Authority (IAASA). Should the legislation you require not be available via Company Law Legislation, it is probably not the responsibility of Company Law. The Irish Statute Book displays all Irish Acts and statutory instruments from the foundation of the State in 1922 to date. The Houses of the Oireachtas website contains information on the progress of recent legislation through Dáil Eireann (Lower House) and Seanad Eireann (Upper House). The Irish Government website provides links to government organisations and information, indices of recent publications and a search engine that searches all government sites.
